How did you get started in racing?

My Grandpa used to race in the 60s and he thought getting a go kart would be fun. So I started on go karts at 11 and went to modifieds at 14 then late models at 15.

What division do you race in and what tracks do you race at?

Late Models/ Super late models.

Midvale, Columbus, Sandusky, Shadybowl, and Lorain. More to be added in 2014.

What was your favorite track to race on this past season with the Main Event Series?
I'd have to say Shady bowl. It has a tremendous amount of character and it's uniqueness makes it a lot of fun.

What track would you like to see the Main Event travel to?
I don't believe I've been to a track that MERS doesn't run at so I'm not exactly sure.

How did you do at the Main Event at Sandusky?
We qualified 9th and started 12th. Ran about 8th most of the race then battled to 5th at the end.

Who are some your favorite drivers to race against?
Ryan Tedesco and Richie Rohr are the first to pop in my head.  But really any racer that you can race side by side with without wrecking.

When you are not racing what do you do for fun?

I am currently pursuing my pilots license so if I'm not at school or a racetrack I'm usually flying.

Is there any race that sticks in your mind from the past, and why?

Shadybowl for sure, we ended up 2nd but it was definitely our race to win.

Tell us something about you that would surprise your fans.

Personally I don't feel like I have anything everyone doesn't know. I'm pretty open and laid back. I enjoy skiing in the winter months and I played tennis last spring. But other than that everything is built on school, racing, and flying.

What are your goals for the next few years?

Compete in as many races as possible and work on solid finishes rather than tearing up ours and/or someone else's equipment.

Is there anybody you would like to thank?
Yes, I definitely have to thank my Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa, Larry Clay, Tod Festi, John Rehs, Tim Curry, Uncle Jeff and Dave, all my fans, and of course TILT / Lighting Technology for letting me represent them.
