American Sniper and Unbroken right now. I read both books and was moved by both stories. I can't believe what our men and women of service sacrifice for us.

Tv Show-
2 Broke Girls, Grey's Anatomy, How to Get Away with Murder. I am definitely a RGIT fan! Chandra Rhimes is just a great creator. And 2 Broke Girls just makes me laugh!

How did you get started in racing?

I just seemed to have always loved racing. I use to watch it on TV instead of cartoons. I even use to race my bike against kids in the neighborhood. When I was about 5 my dad took me to the South Mountain Quarter Midget Track. I was so thrilled. It was all I wanted to do. So we bought a used one and it all started from there.

And whats the most enjoyable thing about racing?
The most enjoyable part is when I am actually on the track racing. The fact that you clear your mind and get out there and do what you love to do. I am always amazed that I get to do this.

You just participated in the ARCA Racing Series testing session at the Daytona International Speedway with the Carter 2 Motorsports team. Tell us about that.
Wow, what an opportunity! I was thrilled when Roger gave me the opportunity to test. I distinctly remember driving in to the track that morning while it was still kind of dark. The track just looked so ominous. I have been on big tracks but Daytona just seemed overwhelming. I looked within myself to then just get in the car and go. I must admit there are points on the straight away where you think you can't take a breath, then you enter that turn and you catch that breath. Your mind just has to be confident in your equipment that you will stick to the side and make it around the bend. It truly was thrilling! The crew was great and I look forward to going back and racing in the Lucas Oil 200 in FEB 14.

You have setup a GoFundMe campaign. Tell us more about that.
Carter2Motorsports was very impressed with my performance at the test. They really thought we would make a great race team. (driver and crew) Many of my fans had been telling me to get a GoFundMe account. I truly have the best fans! I am honored that they support me in the thing that I love to do. After the test, Roger and I had discussed how he really wanted to give me this chance. On the advice of fans, I started this "grass roots" effort to get me to the race. It has really taken off. Between sponsors and fans I am over half way there in funding. I still need the support but I am confident the fans will get me there.

What are your plans for the 2015 season?
Right now I hope to compete in more ARCA races. I also will be racing my Super Late Model in Arizona, Nevada and California

Do you have a favorite race track?
I actually have a few favorites. Of course I love Phoenix International Raceway. it is in my hometown and love racing there! The fans are great! The media people at PIR are fantastic and give me a lot of support.
I also love The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. I have been racing there since I was very little. I even raced bandos and legends there. I really consider the people there family. On Pit Road Racing is there and every time I come into town they have me on the show. They are very supportive of my career and I am very thankful for their support.
I also love Tucson Speedway. Some of my firsts were done on that track. My first win outside of quarter midgets! I  just remember growing up there. Around the track I am known as Squirt. It was my nickname growing up as a kid because I was just little and fast. People still call me that there. It's great. I also got my first true sponsor there. ManCaveSite, Mike and Heather Yost, are still with me today. Great people!

Getting to know Cassie outside the racecar.

Tell us something about you that would surprise your fans.
I love pickles so much that I sometimes eat them as a meal. I use the dill pickles slices or chips and fill up a bowl and then put ketchup on them. it is the best ever! I also love fried pickles.

Did you play any sports when you were growing up?
I was a swimmer for a very long time. I started swimming when I was 5. I even traveled to some international meets. I swam competitively until I was 14 or 15. I was very good at it but I didn't have a passion for it like racing.
I also played Badminton in HS. It was a lot of fun. The coach Mr. Williams was a great coach. I must admit I wasn't very good but I sure did have a lot of fun!

Do you have a favorite sports team?
Steeler's all the way! My family is originally from Pittsburgh. i am the only one born in Phoenix. But I am told I bleed black and gold! LOL

Is there anybody you would like to thank?
There are so many! First I want to thank my family! My dad, mom and sister. I also want to thank all the fans for all their continued support! I also want to thank Mike and Heather Yost of and Mike and Heather were my very first sponsors and they are still with me today. I am also grateful for Redding Hair Care who most recently came on board. Robert and Kimberly Redding have made sure that Jheri's back and giving people stunning hair. I am also thankful to Bell Helmets and CoolShirt Systems. I race in very hot climates! I use to lose over 7 pounds of water weight a race. CoolShirt technology has been a lifesaver! I am not drained anymore when I get out of the car. And again, THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL MY FANS!!!! #bestfansever
