How I got started in racing: I grew up watching my dad race dirt late models all over northwest ohio and quickly fell in love with the sport. When I was 7 years old I made my first ever career start in a quarter midget car at the "North West Ohio Quartmidget Racing Association" track in Maumee, Ohio. I went through the ranks and was competing all over the country. When I was 13 years old my family and I traveled to Sacremento, California where i won a national championship race. When I turned 15 I got my feet wet with a full sized midget car and competed in the Kenyon car series in the midwest region of the country. Last year I moved up to crate and super late models and raced many races and was able to rack up some top 10s along the way. That has led me to the start of this year that I am very excited about.

About my Team: I am currently driving in the ARCA racing series for Tony Marks Racing, a team owned by my father. We are a rookie team but are progressing quickly.

Favorite Drivers: My favorite drivers to race against are the ones that are better than I am. They are what is going to push me to become a better driver and help me to learn from my mistakes. Anything I can learn on the track is beneficial.

What I do for fun: Work on race cars, Watch races on TV, race on my simulator, weight lift, and prepare for the next race.

Why I enjoy the ARCA racing series: I enjoy the ARCA series because of its tough competition. There is always a large field of good quality cars to compete against and that is what makes me a better driver. I also like the fact that the series is historically known for being a stepping stone to NASCAR. I really enjoy the series and look forward to being more involved with it in the future.

My plan: Over the next few years I look forward to advancing to a full time ARCA racing series schedule and hope to win a few races along the way. I really would like to thank everyone at TMR as well as Dodge, VR-12, Victory H2o, and UNOH.
